Parkour Srbija - Bogdan Cvetkovic

How did you start with Parkour? 

"As a pioneer of Parkour in Serbia, after a few years of training and learning, I felt a responsibility not to keep my knowledge only to myself, I wanted to help others. I got something from Parkour so I wanted to give something to Parkour and the community. Parkour Serbia first started as a website between 2004 and 2005. Primary goals were (at that time when Parkour started to grow in Serbia) to keep the community together (to connect Traceurs), to organize meetings, to help others (especially people who had just started because there was no information in Serbian about Parkour than this website). Later, in 2007, it had all become official (Parkour Srbija is registered at the Ministry for Public Administration and Local Self Government)."

The goal of the Parkour Serbija Community:

"The goal of Parkour Serbia is pretty much the same as the goals of ParkourONE I think. We want to spread Parkour and keep the real meaning of it, and by this I also mean showing values which Parkour has taught us and show people what it is." 

The goal of Boki with his own training and with Parkour:

"My personal goal is to explore the whole meaning of "Being strong to be useful". It’s such a big and challenging world behind those words and I feel like I belong to it. Not everyone can understand that but I think it will allow me to last, in Parkour and in life."

The relationship between Parkour Serbija and ParkourONE:

"The same spirit, in which we believe, connected us. For me personally it’s always a pleasure to be with members of ParkourONE because I feel like I`ve known them for my whole life. The same passion, same goals and sincerity made our relationship stronger. I see a great future between those friendly communities, and I see that Parkour will also benefit from it."
